I created a reseller account paid for a month and then cancelled. I was promised by Mark Kennard | Reseller Account Manager that I would get three month for free if I keep the service. But JustCloud kept billing. I then cancelled the account on Feb 7. I received an e-mail stating
"Hi Arend,
Your JustCloud account is now set to be automatically cancelled and all your files deleted."
But the company kept billing me... -32.57 on March 18 and -25.54 on March 15. When I called customer service they flatout denied that I had cancelled.
