I tried signing up with a small amount of storage space to try them out. They rejected my credit card because they wanted more information then I was willing to provide. I cancelled the sign-up process and tried another service. I was surprised to suddenly see the JUSTCLOUD charge on my statement. I wrote to them and they said they would look into it. I have written several times over the past month with no substantive response. Then they hit my card with another unauthorized charge. Meanwhile their software runs a periodic back-up on my computer and always fails. Justcloud are just crooks.
