I cancelled my order on May 17 with the customer Rep. Name Lisa. On 05/31, I called and spoke to Kenneth because they took $94.90 out of my account. I noticed my account today and they took an additional $. 76 out of my account bringing the total to $95.66. I spoke to Brian on 05/31 at approx 7:48pm, and he stated he would refund my $94.90. Now i want the entire amount ($95.66) refunded. I don't know what your company is doing but DO NOT TAKE ANY MORE MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT, this is rediculous.
