I saw this product dermapure face cream ad on tv. The only charge was surposed to be s/h $4.95 so i ordered it by phone on 06/10 and recieved it on 06/15.
When ordering i told the rep. I did not want to join any kind of a monthly club.
On 07/16 i recieved by mail another jar of dermapure cream (1 oz) for a charge of $89.95 plus tax, total $94.90. I called dermapure at 888-534-3596 after recieving this and spoke to a lady named ivy. She told me she would cancell my enrollment but i have to pay the $94.90. I said what enrollment???
I finally said to her "do not charge anything else on my credit card".
I just recieved my credit card bill 07/24 of which the $94.90 was charged on 07/14 and an additional charge of $89.95 on 06/25. I called 888-534-3596 again and got such a run around that i told the rep. I was going to report them.
