This company is a total Rip Off. I did not request any payday loan with them. While checking my banking activity on May 11. I noticed some funny charges of 0.06,0.09,0.11,0.013 and 0.034 cents taken out of my account so I immediately loacted the companies information via google.com and called and spoke to a Jackson Agent # 211 and ansked him what was going on and he stated that I was approved for some loan and that the charges werre test payment to make sure the account was opened well I told him at that time I did not know anything about his company and do not take anything else out of my account. He aplogized and insured me nothing else would come out of my account and that my "account" with them has been canceled. Well, on May 14 another charge of $34.95 was taken out of my account causing me a over draft charge of $34.97 from my bank. I called this company back of course very upset at this point. I spoke to the same person that I spoke to on May 11 and he gave me the run around. I immediately hung up and called back and got a Herbie Agent #500 he stated he would grant me a refund of $34.9*5, butit would take 15 business days to receive... So I am still waiting for this refund... I really dont believe I will get it though.
