I ordered the sample on April 30 and received the sample on May 3. Dermapure debited my checking account on may 10 for $97.87. I did not want the product and tried to call the phone number of 888-589-3380 and was told the telephone company is experiencing problems, which is simply not true. I want my account credited immediately for the money they scamed me out of of.
