1NWContact is not an honest company. The HR manager told me that they work with people who are interested in going back to school. That was a lie. They have people in there system who do not want to go to school. They also have elderly people in there system. My question is where they getting these people information from. It's a high rejection campaign.
I was told by the managers to lie about where I was from / calling from and if a customer/prospect wanted the corporate number to not give it to them. I was honest and told the prospect the truth.
They say they help people in going back to school, but when you get to the final step there are no schools coming up for that person who was interested in going back to school. Something is wrong here.
You do not get paid for Wrap up time. And wrap up time is back to back because people are not interested in going back to school. How are the employees getting paid here. They take 18-30 days to pay you, not including training. Something not right with this company. They know Campus Corner is a high rejection campaign, and no schools come up for the prospect, but yet they will ask you to log off because you did not get any leads. That's not fair.
I asked can I transfer to Inbound calls, the HR manager sent me an email back, saying I'm fired. Now I'm questioning myself do they even have an Inbound campaign. And to just fire me just like that for no reason is unfair.
