I ordered their $2.95 trial on 5/12, with the understanding that I had 30 days to cancel before they would start charging monthly fees of about $99. Their inferior product gave me horrible rashes, and I called to cancel on 5/28. I received a cancellation confirmation #, and an email confirming the cancellation. Then lo & behold on 5/30, they charge the infamous $98.16 to my visa. When I called to ask for a reversal, the agent (Agent #317) refused. He fed me some nonsense about the product NOT being a trial, and that I would have had to return it within 16 days in order not to be charged the $98.16. Well hello, it took about 10 days to arrive in the first place, so that would have given me about zero days to try it out before it was due back. (He said they would have had to actually receive it within the 16 days, not just that I would send it within 16 days.) In any case, that was NOT the agreement. Those ridiculous terms were not stated anywhere. The agreement was that if I cancelled within 30 days, I would not be charged after the initial $2.95.
If the stuff actually worked as miraculously as they claim, I might have been willing to pay $99 a month - steep, but with aging skin and plenty of vanity, I might have done it. But if it worked, they wouldn't have to resort to these slimy tactics. This is the first time I have ever been scammed in my 52 years. These guys are good! They need to be put out of business & arrested.
