I paid for the postage of a free face cream. When it arrived I realise that I was signed up for a monthly, £74.95 Purasilk face cream. I called customer services the can day and cancelled it order, which they assured me they did.
I informed them that I wanted to try the product before having a regular order.
I have to check my bank account for May. I belief they have taken my money again.
There is no need to treat possible customers in this manner. I want back my money!!!
