I called only once and then called back directly afterwards to cancel. I knew that I only needed to use it once.
However, I called they claimed that I didn't cancel, I know I did, yet I can't find my confirmation number, but I will.in the mean time I called the company and was told to go www.carvinhistory.com/refundform.html just to finf out it is a scam, and I would like to have my money back for the last charge that isn't suppose to be there!
