I logged onto my account an noticed an unusual R299.99 payment from my account. I opened the transaction and noticed it was a debit order by Netcash whom I have never heard of. I called them on 0861338330. They told me they collected the money on behalf of NMR Direct 0313012587. I called the number and spoke with Cindy. She said she works for VIP Platinum whatever that may be. I gave her the reference I was given by Netcash. She gave me a number for NMR Direct who she said was one of their 8 divisions.

When I called 0313014933 I spoke with Brian. He asked if I had been contacted at any stage. I asked him if they are not getting a lot of cases as this is illegally. He informed me that they used to have one to five cases but now they receive over ten which is out of hand. He said he was going to email his accounts section for a refund. An investigation taking up to 48 hour will be conducted. If success ful, whatever that means, they will refund. I took down their email address as well as their physical address.

I think all those affected must sue this business heavily as they are stealing from people. S accounts. What if people do not check their statements?
