They contacted the seller and he provided a tracking # (likely shipped the package immediately after PayPal contacted him). One week later, we received our shower cap, like so many others. Make sure you do not throw your shower cap or whatever else is sent to you away out of frustration because the only way PayPal will issue a refund is if you send it back and provide a tracking #.
