Hi, I ordered a pair of shoes from shoes365buy.com and was sent a shower cap.
Luckily I got my money back through Paypal. After ordering the shoes I was immediately suspicious as the order confirmation email had chinese name at a hotmail address and no other address details.
This name also didn't match the name on the Paypal receipt (a Russian name) which again had no address details. I looked at the contact details on the website and realised there were none! Plus there were some mis-spelt words.
I googled 'is shoes365buy a real website?' and www.scamadviser.com advised it was high risk.
I immediately rang Paypal and luckily the second operator I spoke to believed me that it was a scam site, and they launched it as a dispute - and 'froze' the funds (or something). Paypal advised me to check my email over the next week, as Paypal contacted the seller and asked them to provide a tracking details. I received an email from Paypal saying 'the seller has provided tracking details', which detailed a consignment number but the carrier details were listed as 'other'. I called Paypal back and told them this.By calling and querying this Paypal then checked the consignment number and said 'yes that's fake' and refunded my money straight away.
I got a shower cap in the mail yesterday from shoes365buy.com
