Ordered a pair of shoes. Payed thru PayPal and never received said shoes. Contacted PayPal but was told the seller provided proof that they had fulfilled order so PayPal would not refund my $ have contacted seller via email asking or tracking number or refund but to no avail!!! Please advise on how to get my $ back!
