This is a hyip plan claiming to give high returns with low investment. They would not pay when my request for withdrawal unless I pay an upfront cash of 20% of my request amount to get my payment. No such policy displayed on their webpage when I invest but only answered by email when I inquired about my withdrawal request as below:
