Pro-Paying is a hyip. Requested my $2000.00 withdrawal on September 25. Have sent many support tickets regarding withdrawal request. Admin has yet to respond to any of my inquiries. To date (11/12) my withdrawal request has not been processed - request is reflected as pending in their system.
