Mistery check appeared on my account. I accecessed a copy of the check from my bank and called the "Alliance Network" phone number on the check (877-781-7082). The woman who answered agreed to cancel the "Demi Box LTD" charge and gave a conformation # 10152701. As of today no credit has been returned and the phone number is now disconnected. My complaint is the same as others made on 5/2.
