An authorized charge was put against my checking account in the amount of $29.95. I called Alliance Network, the name of the company that withdrew the money. They promised a refund in 3-6 business days. I never received the refund and followed up on it yesterday. The number I called on the 2nd and was promised my refund is no longer being answered by anyone, it goes straight to voice mail. I will be closing my checking account. I actually had contacted the bank that was shown on the back of the check the same day I called Alliance Network and they said they would turn it over to their fraud dept. After reading comments that has been placed on here in regards to Alliance Network and DemiBox, I guess I am fortunate the money was not put back, because the deposits are being returned and others are having to pay a return deposit fee.
I hope whoever is responsible for scamming people out of their money will be caught and have to pay.
