After my complaint, I did get a refund check that the bank made me a copy of the check, dated 4/30, signed by Joseph Adam Jacks? ; address: Alliance Network; 4920 Atlanta Hwy #203; Alpharetta, GA 30004; two phone numbers: 877-753-3360 AND 877-781-7082. Not sure if their check will be good... Not putting any hope on it. So: FTC or Att. General... What needs to be done to put a stop to this headache...
