Placed an order with $56coachfactoryoutlet.com. It was meant as a mothers day gift. After waiting 1 week for an shipping notice which never came i contacted vie e-mail since they dont have and phone # to contact. They replied saying it will be shipped soon, no date or time frame was provided, just it will be shipped soon. One week later i recieved an e-mail bluntly say product out of stock i should choose another product from thei site. At that point i ask for my money back and cancell my order they told me it is going to take 1 - 2 months to get my money back. I am calling my credit card hopefully they can help me. They are a scam!
