I ordered this product in the first week of April. The company deducted $134.45, three days later. After two weeks of waiting I called and was told the product was back ordered. After waiting until the first week of May I called again and was told the product had been shipped. At the end of the second week of May I called again, and was told the company was not aware of the order being placed. After more calls, I was told they had found the order, and it would be right out.
At this point, I didn't believe it would ever be shipped out and just cancelled the order. At that time I was told my account would be credited with $134.45 within 3 to 5 working days.
Bottom line: Multitude of calls to the company and people within. No credit back to my account. Empty promises of company people who would be calling me back. Nada! Zip!
Two to one their product performs just about as good the personnel in shipping, and finance!
