Dealer misrepesented himself, on Ebay as his I.D. (Angel 4649) & the condition of the car he was selling on "Ebay.com. Advertised as a private seller, 1 owner car in good condition, backed by Experian Auto Check Protection as above average condition. Payment of $3600.00. Gave his home address as place of sale (called Curbstoning in Tx.) (not his dealership) where he is not licensed to sell. At pickup time, & time to collect the money he anounced he was a car dealer and had to collect lic & taxes. He did so to collect the garbage fee's alloowed in TX. Allowing him to charge more. Total price $3990!! This car needs over $3000.00 in repairs, brakes are so dangerous I will not drive the car. Engine & Trans both need work also. Low oil light comes on at a signal light. Car checked out at Adler Chyrsler/Dodge dealership regarding repairs needed. Possible a new engine is needed also, which is not on repair list. At the time I bought this car, it was for my care giver to help me with medical treatments needed, as I just came out of hospital from a lung cancer operation. I was on strong medications, and needed a higher mileage car car than my jeep. Bart Selman was aware of the condition of the car, as that is the reason he would not sell it on his car lot. I am sure he bought this at Auction, but chose "Profit over safety" which he could have resold it back at the Car Auction. Many letters has been written to Bart Selman regarding the car, with no response from him. I have reported him to TX/DOT/DMV, and they want to remove his license due to the amount of fraud / misrepesentation. His attutude to DOT was he would not take the car back. D.O.T. Said he would be sued. HE SAID, BRING IT ON!!! I am 72 Yrs old, on S.S.I. And can't afford to throw away this kind of money. I am looking for a Lawyer, in the Dallas TX. Area to help me, but haven't had luck finding one yet! This Dealer needs to be stopped before someone gets hurt or killed due to his neglegents.
