I went to this dealer at the beginning for february with a 92 Honda civic as a trade. The dealer agreed to give me $400.00 for my trade and explained to me they would bring the car to the auction and what my car made ast the auction if less then the value of the trade ($400) i woyuld pay out of pocket the difference. I was told my car only made $200 at the auction.
So... My friend was looking for a car when he stumbled across my 92 honda at a dealership for sale. Mind you i was told by titos auto sales this car went to the auction sold for $200 for parts.
I went the car dealer my old honda was being sold and kindly asked the owner how much he purchased that honda for he said $500.00 at the auction. The owner of this dealer kindly gave me the bill of sale stating this.
In the meantime tito's auto sales had told me they would forfeit my warranty if i didnt pay the $200 by a certain date.
In all actuality i owed them NOTHING.
So, that leaves the quesiton how many time has he done this in the past? I was just the lucky one who happened to find my old car.
I currently have a lawyer for this case.
