Who are these people and where did they come from??? I've NEVER heard of them and I NEVER authroized them to remove money from account!!! On the phone with them now they claim they're going to refund my money we will see!!! They claim it will be refunded back to my accout in 7-10 days!!! This is bullcrap!!!
