It seems that I've been suckered too. I have a charge on my acct. From Avanix Lending that I did not authorize. I've been through my email over and over to try and find out where I may have "accidentally signed up for their service and cannot find any record of them. Of course I emailed them asking politely for a refund as they claim to refund if not completely satified but no reply.
