I also ordered from a promotional ad on FB, a one-time only purchase. The cost was £4 shipping. Since then I have had several debits from my account, in increasing amounts. I have had 4 such transactions in the month March already. I have been unable to contact these people on-line or on the customer service phone number in the Netherlands. It is still going on, I ordered my bank to stop the redrawings but that is not so simple.
