I was living in Australia, Sydney at the moment I've ordered trial samples of African mango and Metaburn. But I didn't try them and contacted company about cancelation of products, got RPN (return product numbers) and returned them to sender. Right after cancelation I was billed again for other pair of bottles that I didn't receive at all. And now it's been 9 months I was getting letters that my inquiry was sent to supervisors and writing about some stupid reasons that they can't do any refund, because of my bank problems. That was not a problem to take money from my account somehow. Now I've moved back to Europe and still trying to get my money back.
