On the 8th March around 10pm when transferring fund to my account for direct debits to be paid out the following day I noticed a discrepancy on the amount that should have been in there, the following day around 8am when checking again I noticed most of my funds in the account had gone and more shockingly my direct debits had been returned unpaid due to insufficient funds. I immediately went to my bank, they couldn't tell me who had taken the money only that it was a visa debit. I immediately cancelled my card and had a new one ordered.
Eventually the details had come through as Fsukent-4-Customer.com $39.75, Fsukent-Service866.com $39.45 and Fsukent-Suppt247.com $39.77, however with the non UK commission and bank charges for the 2 unpaid direct debits the cost to myself is higher. I don't know who this company is, what they do or how they got my card number. As I have suffered identity theft in the past (the reason I keep only what I need plus a small amount for oversights in that account) I very rarely use internet transactions unless it is supported by Verified by Visa (for the added level of security). I tried to find out who this company is, what they do and what I'm suppose to have paid for but can find no data except sites like this one.
