Unauthorized charge using an electronic check (they had my routing and account number) for $29.95. Like everyone did, I called the 1-877-781-7082 printed on the check and spoke to a female "representative" who promised to return the amount back to my checking account. Called my bank, CHASE about this. I was told I should look at closing this account since it appears it was compromised. Almost two weeks now, no refund yet. I called the same 1-877 number but the number appeared to be disconnected. I then called CHASE back and they asked me to file a claim and they would refund my money. It looks like a lot of people are getting victimized by this "Alliance Network". There are possibly more people out there who got scammed like this but either don't know it or just not reporting or are not bothered.
