I'm not sure where to begin... I ordered WEN 30 day supply on line. $29.95 for 30 day supply with free shipping! Sounds good... I decided to try the product. I received it a few days after I ordered it on-line. The product is basically a heavy conditioner... You can get the same from CVS! It feels like you have mayo on your hair!!! Nasty! So I decided not to use it again!
2 weeks later, I see another charge from WEN of my credit card for $39.95. SO i called them and said why did you charge my CC again? They said you never cancelled your account and we have auto-ship and we have already shipped out the product to you... I said I dont want it!!! So they cancelled my account and said we can not refund you the money until we get the shipment back. ANNOYING!!! So I returned the products to them 2 weeks ago... I called yesterday to see the status, they said they cant tell if I shipped the products back to them for another 3-4 weeks and my card will be charged again on the 22nd of this month.
NOW im IRATE!!! What do you mean??? I cancelled my account!!! The agent told me that they cant tell I shipped it back for another month and there is nothing that that they can do!!!
Rip off company!!! Do yourself a favor and do not order!!! Stay away!!!
Now I have to change my CC and do a charge back!!! Thanks CHAZ DEAN!!! KARMA will come back to haunt you!!! If this is now you make money; I feel bad for you!!! 1
