I signed up to receive one (1) shipment. They gave me a bottle of vitamins as a bonus gift. Before the month is over, I receive another shipment of hair products and a shipment of vitamins. I never signed up for either product. I called the toll free number and was told that I must send the materials back in order to receive a refund which would take 6-8 weeks to be credited to my account.
A total of $150 was debited from my account. After several phone calls (3), I finally talked to an account supervisor who credited by account for $131.76.in the meantime, I paid $33.00 to mail the return items back to them.
I would like to be reimbursed for the returning shipment since the packages were erroneously mailed to me. The account rep said that when you enroll on the internet, you are automatically enrolled in next shipment. I specifically remember checking 30-day supply only, but they enrolled me in the automatic shipment without my authorization.
