I placed an order for what was advertised as a free trial for face cream all i had to pay was the postage and packaging of £4.98. Then money was removed from my account without my authorisation and when i contacted them to complain they informed me that i had signed up for these payment... This is most definatley not the case at all and i see that it has happened to others. To date they have taken £289.70 from my account without my permission... This has got to be illegal... I have emailed them but have not had a reply... I need advice as to what to do next as im worried more money will be removed from my account.
