Ordered this cream as a free trial were you pay the postage of £2.99 for the serum and £2.99 for the cream. I emailed them 10/01 to advise that this must only be the money that was taken and to cancel the order, they replied the account was cancelled. But the order arrived, my credit card shows they have taken the above amount and not the postage as advertised. It has since been on tv about this problem by other people.
