My husband and I purchased a membership at Tres Rios in April. We were pressured into signing the contract that day with the understanding we could cancel in the 3 business days per Texas law. Of course, we were not allowed to cancel.
Now OCP is offering us a once in a lifetime opportunity, for just $6,000 more, we can change our original contact, so that we can walk away at any time. We were told OCP is going public and we may not be able to use any of the resorts because they will all be full. Mary, a contractor, from the home office also stated we only have 7 days to accept this offer or we will not get another chance. I told Mary we are not interested in paying another $6,000.
I think we should file a class action. What do we do from here?
