I was not aware I could complain online or I would have 5 years ago. My ex-husband and I had a paid membership and soon after I remarried I was notified that I had to upgrade my membership. I did not want to becasue it was paid for. I was told I had to upgrade to keep my membership. My new husband and met a representative in a hotel in Texarkana and was told we had to sign a new contract for 5000.00 for upgrade. The membership was in mine and my ex-husband's name and I asked if that was legal to change the contract without his permission and take his name off. They stated they would work around it and that it was. When I went to Millwoood to make a reservation, I was told I did not have an updated contract and that the contract we signed was illegal and null and void. I contacted the main office and was told it had been takend care of and I did not ahve to pay anything and was reverted back to my old membership. Then I received a notice from a collection agency that I had to pay 115.00 a month and could not use my membership until the contract was paid in full. I contacted the main office again and was told the contract was binding and we had to pay. My ex-husband connot use the membership he paid for because his name is not on it even though they did not have his permisson to take it off. I was ripped off and have been paying 115.00 a month for absolutely nothing. This company is a scam and I have suffered financially because of them and cannot use my membership until I pay 5000.00.
