I ordered the sample on-line on 4/5. I did not receive it until 4/26. The same day i was charged $159.99. I returned the unopened sample on 4/27 with a letter saying i could not use it due to medical prescriptions i take that cause my skin to be sensitive. I did not think of that when i ordered the sample. They received my return on 4/30. I have called the only number available, which is customer service and have been told each time that someone would contact me via e-mail within 24 hours. I have not been contacted.
