Ordered Free Sample, returned it Then they keep taking $74.95 and $24.95 from bank acct

I ordered a "Free Sample" of skin care cream from Radialabs. I refused delivery on the Free Sample because they charged me for it. Since then, Radialabs has fraudulently stolen $74.95 and $24.95 from my bank account.
