On April 18, i was reviewing my online bank account, I found a check in the amount of 29.95, I looked at a copy of the "check" that was on the account and it was made payable to Alliance Network. I then called the number on the check and questioned what it was for, Dianna told me that it was for "Website Access" DEMI BOX LTD., I advised her that the charge was not authorized by me. She told me that she canceled the the transaction, and would issue me a refund, in which i was given a confirmation number. I asked who it was paid to Dianna provided me with an email address and an IP address that the transaction was done from. I check out the IP address and it was University State, New York. I then called on May1 to follow up on the refund and Dianna to me that someone would be in touch with me in reference to the refund. Now when you call the 877 number provided you get an answering machine. I have left several messages and no one has called. Today i have contacted the bank and am filing fraud charges.
