Dealer deceitfully added $3,249.77 to our contract for something we never ask for nor want. I did not know then but later learn that the extra charge is for "Window Vin Etching" I never ask for this but the Financial Advisor, Mr. Ken Basdeo added this to inflate the cost, I presume.
