Desperate for a job my girlfriend found a "FREE" resume building web site (bait). Once she spent countless hours making a beautiful resume, She was ready to print her hard work. They wanted a one time fee of 4.95 (switch). Frustrated with the amount of time she spent creating her resume on a "FREE" builder she asked me for my bank card to make the payment (RE - Bait) I gladly handed her my card. After filling out all the info to make the payment for what she thought was a one time charge for 4.95 she printed her hard work and that was that. (RE -Switch) one month later I found a charge for 34.95 I spoke with someone on there online chat support she explained that you have to cancel the account before the 7 day trial ended. I told her I was never notified of any additional charges. She sent me a link loaded with other additional options to get you to upsell and spend more money (the kind of process you skip). Strategically placed at the very bottom in small print they notify you of the monthly charges. Frustrated I asked her to cancel the account. She never did... Another month goes by they charged me and I didn't notice then one more month goes by and they overdrafted my account I called and told them to cancel my account a second time and told them I wanted an email confirmation. They have not refunded any money or any of the fees they incurred with me and my bank. They have a nice product I wont deny that but the way the do business is just low stay away from them at all "COST"!!!
