We took our pump in to be looked at on sunday, told that there was one ahead of us and they would look at it and diagnose it within 72 hrs. After that time we called and were told no they meant at least 72 hrs., we would never have left itif that was the case, and there were several sweeps ahead of us. Well, correct me if I'm wrong but you can clean a pool without a sweep but you cannot filter a pool without a pump. Thinking they should have put it as a priority. It is now thursdayband have not heard from them. Also when we were in there my husband explained an o ring he needed, the product we had and the girl brought him one that was twice the size of the one we needed. My husband told her that wasn't the right one, she told him yes it was, he said I don't mean to argue but it isn't, she said that's ok everyone argues with me! Then another man gave us the correct one. Will never ever come here again. I
