I called one week ago to have a pool pump serviced. The appointment was scheduled for the next Monday. The service man said the pump need replacement and then disappeared. I finally tracked him down down Monday evening and he said he needed a washer. I arranged with him to come the next Friday at 8am to install the new pool only to find a dispatcher wa in control of his schedule and he would be on-site somewhere between 8 and 12. Asked for the dispatcher to call me. He didn't. I will never use this company again
