The bakery staffs at the Coors location here in Albuquerque were wonderful. Showed up around 8:30am Saturday morning looking to buy other merchandise we were in need of for our daughter%u2019s 3 year old party. Thought we would ask if by chance the cake we ordered was ready. The cake we had ordered wasn't expected to be ready until 12:00 noon that day. The two individuals we dealt with were very accommodating. Wanda let us know that it was a very busy day for them that morning, and chances were that the cake we ordered probably wasn%u2019t going to be ready until closer to the time we had given. Wanda spent no less than 3 to 4 minutes looking at every order to see if our cake was available. At this point Ken stepped up and located out order. He said to give him a moment, and he would fill our order, so we needn%u2019t return later on. Wanda agreed, and said you all probably have a pretty busy day, and let%u2019s get you all squared away now, so we didn%u2019t need to return. We informed them at this point that we needed to do some shopping, and that we would be back in roughly 20 to 30 minutes. When my wife originally ordered the cake, she ordered the cake with whipped cream frosting. Several days earlier, we called and changed the order to butter cream. Upon our return, the cake order hadn%u2019t been changed, I asked Ken if this cake had been changed to the butter cream, He informed me that the ticket said whipped cream, but it would be no problem to switch it around, within five minutes ken had it taken care of for us. Unsure why the ticket hadn%u2019t been changed, but Ken%u2019s response was perfect. He made me and my wife fill like it was no problem to change out the cake. It is hard to find good customer service these days. Ken and Wanda were excellent in assisting us, especially when the going was tough. THANK you again Ken and Wanda%u2026
