Dear Apollo Beach Publix,
My name is Tara Beimschla and I wanted to share my positive experience with your company, Publix, Store Number 1113. I got married on Saturday, June 22. On the wedding day, I was busy running around making sure everything was perfect for my special day. Little did I know that my cake was a disaster. The company, Pandaisia, dropped off a cake that was supposed to be my dream cake. When my cake was dropped off, it was all white with no shells nor was it straight. The company didn%u2019t even set up the cake.instead they left the shells in a box for us to set up. This was suppose to be my dream cake on my dream day!
My friends and family didn%u2019t want to disappoint me nor did they want to inform me about this disaster. They decided to take this horrible white cake to Publix in Apollo Beach. Liz Baxemore and Kristian Scott spent many hours right before the wedding fixing my cake. She added color, made sure it was straight and turned this white cake into the most amazing cake ever. They didn%u2019t charge however, we insisted they accept a tip for all their hard work. I am writing to you to inform you that Liz and Kristian need to be recognized for all this hard work and amazing job on the cake. Publix also needs to be recognized for employing such highly qualified employees and conducting a place where customers truly feel appreciated. Your company truly showed that they will go above and beyond for their customers. This moment was truly straight out of a Publix commercial. Liz, Kristian, and Publix made the cake of my dreams. The transformation from a white cake to a magnificent cake was amazing. From now on out, I will only purchase my cakes from Publix and recommend anybody to go to Publix while purchasing a cake. Because of Liz, Kristian and Publix, you have made yourself a lifetime customer.
I appreciate everything Liz, Kristian and Publix did to ensure my wedding day was perfect. You made this bride a very happy one. Thank you for everything!
