You have got to be kidding me. After ordering a cake a month ahead of time and following up on the order a few days before the scheduled pick-up, they didn’t make the cake. I stopped by the day before to make sure the cake was ready and the employee showed me the order sheet and assured me the cake would be ready. At 7:00 A.M. On D-Day, there was no cake. Emma, the owner, told me that the very sheet I saw the day before was thrown away two weeks prior because the order was incomplete. When confronted with seeing the sheet the day before she proceeded to tell me to get out of her bakery. Thank goodness, Williams Bakery came through and made a beautiful cake for my mom’s 70th birthday. NEVER, EVER rely on Jean Jacques Bakery!!!
