I ordered a desk 4.19 and was advised i would get my product between 4.26 - 4.30, so i took 3 days off of work to make sure i recv my product and its not left outside. I recv a email stating my desk would be delivered today 4.30 @ 17:00hrs (5pm). I just recv a call from Piolt and they stated i wont get my shipment until 5.1 between the hours of 8am-5pm, which is unacceptable due to i will be at work and they will leave it outside due to i live in an apartment. I will never order anything from Target or shop in the store, this has been a horrible situation and they dont seem to care about the consumer.

Customer service is so improtant now espically since the economy is in such a bad state and consumers are being very careful how and where they spend there money. NOT Target as long as you spend your money with them they dont care about pleasing the consumer.
