Lost my shipment and horrible customer service - target.com

I ordered toys for my daughter for christmas back on Decmeber 8 got an email stating they were delivered however the UPS clearly states they were sent back to Target whse due to an error in the shipping label. Called today they said "oh well you will have to go out and start shopping... The kicker is it was on my target debit card and they said it will take 10 days for the money to be put back in my account so seing as today is the 15th i will have the funds back on chrismas! So not only do i have no toys for her but no money either and a horrible customer service rep...
