My daughter has problem with her computer, they tell her it is no good, she buys a new one. They load her old hard drive onto new computer but does not return old one. 2 years later I proceed to process the old computer (throw out, recycle). I realize the old computer works just fine with no help from the employees behind the genius bar. They wont sell me a hard drive because i dont have the old one. I am assuming they discarded it as they have achieved their goal of convincing my daughter to buy new [ 3 year old macbook is old according to them ]
