Total rip off

I contracted with Budget Van lines to move my mother in law from Miss. To Calif a few months ago. It was a disaster from the time that I paid them to the finish. They lost several boxes and other items, they tried to leave items that were not hers, and would only take them back after she insisted. They broke several items, including a tv and different items of furniture. When they were contacted, they wouldn't even return phone calls, when I told them that I wanted to file a claim with their insurance. I guess that it is impossible to find a reputable company anymore. If you deal with them, be prepared for a nightmare.
