I was trying to get the exigencies for the $4.95, but my account was charged $104.90. I called right away & canceled the order. My account was refunded on April 27. Then my account was short $2.93 so I called the bank and was on line looking at my account at the same time. The charge says foreign ATM or POS, the bank informs me the charge was from Regal. So I called them are you ready for this? They use an offshore account because they ship products out of the country is what she told me. Then she tried to say it must be the bank charging the ATM fee.By this time I had the bank on the other line. I signed up for fraud protection so they can't get any more money from my account. Now I'm going to report them to the BBB
